Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026 · Last updated: October 25, 2026

OnRoster is a service of Inertia Management (“Inertia Management”, “OnRoster”, “we”, “us” or “our”), 8 The Green Ste R, Dover, DE 19901. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the OnRoster website and related calls, texts and emails (the “Service”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us in the market-check form:

Information collected automatically: the page address, the referring page, campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content), the time you submitted, your browser’s user-agent string and the country derived from your IP address. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, request time and pages requested, for security and operations.

Information from communications: if you call, text or email us, we keep those communications and any details you share, such as availability for a call.

We do not ask for or collect payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information through the website.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

The OnRoster website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. It uses no cookies for tracking. Your browser may store standard technical data needed to load the site. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

3. How we use information

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages. See our SMS Terms.

5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out link before doing so.

6. Retention

We keep form submissions and related communications for as long as we have an active or potential relationship with you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Consent records for calls and texts are kept for at least 5 years to show compliance. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know or access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy; and opt out of sale, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do not do these). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in section 1: identifiers (name, email, phone), professional or commercial information (company, role, business details), internet activity (referring page, user agent, campaign tags) and general location (ZIP code, IP-derived country). We use and disclose them for the business purposes in sections 3 and 4. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

Texas residents (TDPSA) and residents of other states with privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah) have similar rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their information and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing hello@inertiamgmt.io with the subject “Privacy appeal”. We will respond to appeals within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

How to make a request. Email hello@inertiamgmt.io with the subject “Privacy request” or write to Inertia Management, 8 The Green Ste R, Dover, DE 19901. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with what we hold, and will respond within 45 days (or as required by law). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and verify your identity.

10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track you across websites or sell or share personal information, the site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser, which matches how we already operate.

11. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and never from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@inertiamgmt.io and we will delete it.

12. Where we process data

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
